Driver in fatal Warburn crash charged over death of passenger
The driver in a horrific fatal crash in the NSW Riverina town of Warburn, where one of his passengers was killed and another was rushed to hospital in a serious condition, has been charged.

A man has been charged over a fatal crash in the state’s Riverina region, which killed one man and left himself and one other severely injured.
Police were called to Kidman Way, Warburn, about 17kms northwest of Griffith, about 2am on Friday, March 21, to reports of a rollover.
Police will allege in court an SUV allegedly left the roadway, rolled and eventually stopped on a grass verge.
A 43-year-old man, who was a back passenger in the car, was thrown from the vehicle and found unresponsive at the scene.
He could not be saved, despite the best efforts of emergency services.
The 27-year-old driver and passenger, a 29-year-old man, were both taken to Griffith Base Hospital in serious but stable conditions.
The driver was released from hospital on Thursday and taken to Griffith Police Station, where he was charged with dangerous driving causing death, negligent driving causing death and causing bodily harm by misconduct.
He is expected to face Griffith Local Court on June 4.
