Deniliquin drug raid: Two men charged following drug raids
Two men have been arrested following raids on properties in the Riverina, and a home in another state. Drugs, weapons and cash were seized, as well as a number of other bizarre items.

Two men have been refused bail and will face Deniliquin Local Court on Thursday after there were arrested as part of their ongoing investigation into the supply of illicit drugs in the state’s south west.
Police arrested 25-year-old man and a 29-year-old man at homes in Deniliquin about 7.30am on Wednesday.
The pair were taken to Deniliquin Police Station and police searched the homes and a storage container, allegedly located and seized 43.6g of MDMA, 30.5g of methamphetamine, 192.5g of cannabis, two cannabis plants, more than $15,000 cash, two electronic stun devices, three gel blaster rifles and ammunition.
Police also seized a mobility scooter and a number of household items, and power tools which are suspected of being stolen.
The 25-year-old man will face court charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug - commercial quantity, supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, police pursuit - not stop - drive recklessly, deal with property proceeds of crime, two counts of supply prohibited drug – indictable quantity, and organises/conducts/assists drug premises.
The 29-year-old man was charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug - indictable, two counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, supply prohibited drug, manufacture prohibited drug – indictable quantity, possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, possess unauthorised firearm, two counts of possess prohibited drug, deal with property proceeds of crime.
A fifth search warrant was executed by investigators from Victoria Police in Cobram, Victoria, with officers seizing cash and methamphetamine.
