A former high profile real estate agent from the NSW south coast has faced court accused of committing a traffic offence.
Slade Small, 32, from West Nowra will return to Nowra Local Court after allegedly driving his car with a suspended licence.
Documents tendered to the court indicate police will allege Small was apprehended driving suspended by police on January 3.
He has not yet entered a plea.
It is understood Small’s licence was suspended in respect of a drink driving conviction.
The matter was mentioned briefly at Nowra Local Court on February 14, where Magistrate Lisa Viney adjourned the matter to February 28.
She issued an order to allow Small to appear via video link from a NSW correctional facility, where he is currently serving an unrelated prison term.
Small was previously the proprietor of Blackbird Real Estate in Nowra, and was employed at another Shoalhaven region real estate agency for eight years before that.
