Court documents have revealed the woman accused of murdering Pheobe Bishop in a regional Queensland town, was born in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.
Tanika Bromley, 33, was one of two people charged with murdering their 17-year-old housemate and two counts of interfering with a corpse after the Gin Gin teen disappeared on May 15 this year.
James Wood, 34, was also charged in relation to the disappearance and alleged murder of Ms Bishop, with the pair remaining in custody in Queensland.
Court documents acquired by News Corp reveal Bromley was born in Batemans Bay, however the dilapidated home in Milden St, Gin Gin, where the three were living is still listed as her address.
Wood was born in Southport, according to the documents.
Neither have been required to enter pleas and their cases have been adjourned until August.
Police will allege the 17-year-old was murdered by Bromley and Wood on May 15 on Airport Dr in Kensington, where she was last seen carrying luggage but never boarded her flight.
Ms Bishop was meant to fly to meet her boyfriend in Western Australia that day but never arrived.
It is understood he reported Ms Bishop missing when she failed to arrive later that day.
The court documents also shed further light on previous police claims that Ms Bishop’s body was moved twice after her death.
According to the documents, the housemates were alleged to have interfered with a corpse on May 15 in Bundaberg or elsewhere in the state of Queensland.
Bromley and Wood return to court on August 11 as investigations continue.
