NSW Police seize more than 100 cannabis plants from Worrigee home
More than 100 cannabis plants ave been seized by police from a home on the NSW south coast during an extensive search warrant.

More than 100 cannabis plants have been uncovered by police from a NSW south coast home just weeks after officers discovered two sophisticated hydroponic set ups in the same region.
Officers attached to the South Coast Police District conducted a search warrant on Wednesday at a Elderberry Ave, Worrigee home, where they located 143 cannabis plants in various stages of growth.
The officers also discovered an additional 88 plants, also believed to be cannabis, which have been sent away for forensic examination.
A hydroponic set up was also discovered and seized by police during the search.
Police said no one was home at the time of the search warrant.
A crime scene was established and investigation commenced.
Police are also looking into whether the Worrigee bust was linked to two sophisticated hydroponic set ups located in South Nowra on Friday, December 6 this year.
