A woman who terrorised Domino's staff in a violent attack hit her friend over the head with a weapon in an unrelated incident, a court has heard.
Rhonda Bell, 23, from Jeremadra, faced Moruya Local Court on Friday where she entered guilty pleas to affray and common assault following a violent incident at Batemans Bay Domino’s on Monday.
A hearing in relation to an unrelated violent incident was also heard in the same court, with Bell pleading not guilty to assault and affray stemming from an incident involving her friend in August 2022.
The hearing heard evidence that Bell hit the victim with a headless axe following an argument on August 11, near Burrewarra Point.
Bell followed the victim home and pulled her hair, struck her to the ground with the modified axe and then attacked the victim’s mum, the court heard.
The 23-year-old was found guilty of the charges by Magistrate Doug Dick and was convicted and fined $2000.
In relation to the Domino’s incident, Bell will be sentenced on June 9 at Moruya Local Court.
