South Coast real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending October 6

South Coast recorded six property sales over a million dollars last week, the latest auction and sales results reveal.

A four-bedroom house in Werri Beach was the most expensive sale reported on the South Coast last week.

The property at 138 Renfrew Road sold for $1.7 million by private sale.

A total of two properties were sold via auction last week.
