Woman who had sex on Hunter Valley bus has warrant issued for her arrest after court no-show
An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman who failed to turn up to court for sentencing after she was caught having sexual intercourse on a bus in the Hunter Valley.

A woman - who had sex on the back seat of a Hunter Valley bus and had oral sex performed on her - has had an arrest warrant issued against her after failing to turn up to court.
Wonder French, 31, was due to be sentenced in Newcastle Local Court on Tuesday after she was caught having sexual intercourse with Ryan Jones, 24, after getting on a bus at Charlestown on the morning of March 29.
She pleaded guilty to inciting the commission of crimes, offensive behaviour and using offensive language.
The court heard Ms French indicated by phone she would come to court, but when contacted by an Aboriginal Legal service lawyer, she could not be reached and was a no-show.
Magistrate Peter Barnett cited French had also previously failed to show up at Belmont Local Court for an appearance last week before issuing a warrant for her arrest.
Court documents revealed after shortly being picked up by the bus on Frederick St, French and Jones made their way to the back seat.
Shortly after, the bus driver had noticed in his rear vision mirror, French was lying on her back, while Jones appeared to perform oral sex, with his face between her legs.
The facts stated the behaviour extended for a long period before the pair started to engage in sexual intercourse.
That’s when the driver ordered them to leave the bus telling them “you can’t be doing what you’re doing on a public vehicle”.
The pair then got aggressive with the driver, French enticing Jones to be abusive towards the driver yelling, “Tell him to get f**ked, it’s not his f**king bus, we don’t have to get off, tell him to f**k off.”
The driver activated the duress alarm when Jones approached and yelled at him, before being spat on.
The pair eventually left, Jones again spitting on the bus and kicking the back panels.
A short time later they tried to get on another bus, but were told to get off due to their previous behaviour.
“Do what you’re f**king told c**t, It’s public transport, so you have to take us,” yelled French.
Jones added, “I’ll f**king smash you c**t.”
The bus had to be forensically cleaned to remove a considerable amount of saliva.
Facts noted that police believed Jones’ actions were partly due to constant incitement and encouragement by French.
In her absence, Magistrate Barnett also convicted Ms French on a separate incident in August, which included two counts of assaulting police, resisting police and obstructing police.
