Woman allegedly had illicit drug THC in system when man killed in fatal Raymond Terrace crash
A Port Stephens woman, who was allegedly drug affected and crossed over onto the wrong side of the road killing another driver, has faced court.

A Medowie woman who was allegedly drug affected and crossed over onto the wrong side of the road killing another driver will front Raymond Terrace Local Court again in April.
Matilda Rose Delves, 21, is facing a number of serious driving charges after her Toyota Corolla and another vehicle collided on the morning of December 8 last year along Richardson Rd at Raymond Terrace.
The driver of the other vehicle - 58-year-old Patrick Basset - died at the scene, while a 62-year-old woman who was a passenger in his vehicle, suffered injuries and was taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.
Ms Delves was also taken to the John Hunter for injuries sustained.
Following inquiries by the Hunter Crash Investigation Unit, Ms Delves was arrested last month and charged with drive in a manner dangerous occasioning death; cause bodily harm through misconduct; negligent driving occasioning death; negligent driving and not keep left of the dividing lane.
Court papers also revealed she was charged with having illicit drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - which is present in cannabis - in her system at the time of the crash.
Ms Delves appeared at Raymond Terrace Local Court on Monday, as the prosecution told the court there needed to be an adjournment for a brief to be served.
The matter will be heard again in April.
