Γιούπι! One of St George’s favourite Greek restaurants is heading over the bridge and setting up shop in the Shire.

If you’ve craving souvlaki, rejoice – one of St George’s most beloved Greek restaurants is coming to the Shire.

Kogarah institution Parea Greek Tavern is setting up shop on Gerrale St in Cronulla, just moments from Cronulla Beach.

The new restaurant will occupy the storefront previously occupied by Greek street food chain Zeus Street Greek.

The restaurant is a popular casual dining spot famous for its fresh produce, homestyle cooking and comfortable vibe that makes you feel like you’re eating at yia yia’s house.

The shopfront is currently under construction and an opening date is yet to be announced.
