Police are on the lookout for four men who allegedly robbed a service station attendant with a crow bar at Bennetts Green early this morning.
The incident happened at around 4.30am after the men allegedly entered the Pacific Highway premises.
It’s believed one of the alleged offenders jumped the counter of the shop and threatened the 22-year-old employee with a crowbar before attempting to steal cash, while a second man stole a packet of chips. The worker wasn’t hurt during the incident.
The group then fled from the service station in a silver Mercedes sedan, police say.
The men are described as being of Caucasian appearance, with dark coloured jumpers, face masks and gloves.
Detectives are urging anyone who may have dashcam footage from the Pacific Highway at Bennetts Green between 4am and 5am this morning to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
