A Windale man will have to face accusations he was dealing methamphetamine around Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
Chad Joseph Musgrave, 36, from Windale was charged with three drug supply offences after being arrested earlier this year.
Court documents stated Musgrave supplied a prohibited drug at Hamilton on Boxing Day last year on two occasions, totalling almost 800 grams of ‘meth’.
He is also facing a supply charge on an ongoing basis for the month of December at Belmont last year, also relating to dealing ‘meth’.
In Newcastle Local Court on Wednesday, Musgrave — who remains in custody — was not required to appear on video link, but the court heard parties needed time to finalise the facts.
His drug matters were adjourned until October 5.
Earlier this week, the 36-year-old was jailed for a three-year term with a non-parole period of 18 months for fire offences in October and November of 2019.
