CCTV footage showing three men and two vehicles is now at the centre of an investigation into the kidnapping of a 38-year-old man at Rutherford earlier this year.

Police wish to speak with three men as part of their investigation into a kidnapping at Maitland earlier this year.
Police have released CCTV footage of three men wearing baseball caps who they believe can assist with their inquiries into the kidnapping of a 38-year-old man at Rutherford on February 27.
Hunter Valley Police found the man in Greta suffering facial injuries the following day and he was treated by paramedics before being taken to Maitland Hospital.
Police believe the man was forced into a black Holden in Maitland in the early hours and was taken to an unknown located where he was assaulted before it’s believed he may have also been forced into a second black Holden in the East Maitland area later that day.
Strike Force Halue was established, made up of Port Stephens Hunter detectives, to investigate before they released CCTV footage of the two vehicles and three men.
It depicts the three men walking together near a sporting oval before two cars are seen driving from the area.
The first man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170-175cm tall, of solid build, and aged in his 30s. He is seen wearing a white t-shirt, white shoes, black shorts and a light-coloured baseball cap.
The second man is of Caucasian appearance, 175cm-180cm tall, of medium build, and aged in his 30s. He is seen wearing a black jumper with white stripes, black pants, black shoes and a black baseball cap.
The third man seen is of Caucasian appearance, 175cm-180cm tall, of large build, and aged in his 30s. He is seen wearing a navy-coloured t-shirt, light-coloured shorts, black shoes and a baseball cap.
