Man charged over string of Baulkham Hills break-ins

HILLS detectives have charged a 25-year-old man with 12 offences including six break and enter offences in Baulkham Hills.
The man and a 21-year-old woman from Kings Langley were arrested yesterday, Monday, at 1.50pm in Clarence St, Wentworthville.
Police were patrolling the area when they spotted a red Holden Commodore that had been reported as stolen.
The driver allegedly attempted to evade police, lost control of the car which mounted the gutter and a hit a tree.
Police allege the two occupants ran from the car. Hills detectives were joined in the search by PolAir and the Dog Squad.
The woman, 21, was charged with “knowingly being carried in a stolen conveyance”.
The 25-year-old man is due in court today to face a number of charges including: break and enter offences at Seven Hills Rd, Baulkham Hills; Jasper Rd, Baulkham Hills; Ampitheatre Circuit, Baulkham Hills; Juniper Place, Baulkham Hills; Bass Drive, Baulkham Hills; Coronoation Rd, Baulkham Hills; Meurants Lane, Glenwood; Tarrants Ave, Eastwood; and homes in Toongabbie and Blacktown.
Both were due to appear in Blacktown Court today.
