Man killed after van and truck collision on Henry Lawson Drive in Milperra
A man has died after a collision between a car and a truck on a busy road in Sydney’s south west during the Monday evening peak-hour rush.

A man has died after a crash between a truck and a car in Sydney’s south west on Monday night.
About 5.10pm, emergency services were called to a crash on Henry Lawson Drive, Milperra.
Officers from the Bankstown Police Area Command arrived and found a Hyundai van and a truck had collided.
Despite the efforts of paramedics the driver of the van — a 34-year-old man — died at the scene.
The 53-year-old truck driver received minor injuries and was taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory testing.
Since the incident, police have established a crime scene and have launched an investigation into the incident.
Police are urging anyone with dashcam footage, CCTV or information into the crash to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
