Condell Park stabbing: 2 more charged over Luke Lembryk death

Another two men and a woman have been charged and will face court in relation to the death of Luke Lembryk. Seven people have now been charged in relation to the stabbing.

Two men and one woman will appear in court today following the fatal stabbing of a plumber in Condell Park earlier this month.

Detectives investigating arrested two men – aged 52 and 20 – at Pennant Hills just before 11am on Wednesday.

Both men were refused bail to appear at Hornsby Local Court today.

The 52-year-old has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder while the 20-year-old is charged with conceal serious indictable offence.

Earlier this week Sherene Rizk, 44, was charged with murder and being an accessory to an assault with intention to rob causing grievous bodily harm.

On Thursday morning officers arrested a 33-year-old woman at a unit in Brighton Le Sands.

She was taken to Kogarah Police Station where she was charged with accessory before the fact to murder, and accessory before the fact to assault with intent to rob armed with offensive weapon wound/GBH.

Police will allege in court that the woman was involved in the planning of the home invasion at Condell Park.

She was refused bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Thursday.

Joseph Nehme, 27, Bilal Rahim, 29, and Viliami Taufahema, 35, have all also been charged with murder.

The matters remain before the courts and they will appear again in the new year.

Emergency services were called a William St unit about 2.45am on December 7 after reports 29-year-old Luke Lembryk had been stabbed multiple times.

His mother, who was also at the unit, was also treated for minor injuries.

Investigations are continuing.
