Firefighters have saved at least 60 cars from a fire at a multi-level car park in Sydney’s southwest, with one woman taken to hospital.
More than a dozen firefighters were on scene to battle the blaze at Bankstown, where they found two vehicles engulfed in flames and four others damaged by heat.
Firefighters were forced to crawl through plumes of hot, black, low-lying smoke in order to quickly douse the blaze before it spread to other vehicles.

It is believed the fire broke out on the second level of a three-storey car park on Morgan Lane behind a block of shops about 3:15pm.
A woman was treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
Fire Rescue NSW investigators are now working with NSW Police to establish what caused the blaze, although it is not considered to be suspicious.
