Bakers Maison serves up retail treat from Revesby bakery

Locals can now purchase fresh and frozen products from top French bakehouse Bakers Maison, which has opened a retail outlet at its Revesby factory.

LOCALS can now purchase fresh and frozen products from top French bakehouse Bakers Maison, which has opened a retail outlet at its Revesby bakery.

Bakers Maison, which sells its products Australia wide to the service food industry, will sell par- and fully-baked frozen products and fresh sandwiches from the shop.

“It was important for us to expand our customer base to include end consumers, as we have received a great volume of requests from people who want to enjoy our products in their homes,” Bakers Maison Managing Director Pascal Chaneliere said.

“Our staff members are genuinely excited about being able to have a healthy and quick destination for lunch.

“There aren’t many other lunch options nearby, so we are delivering nutrition, convenience, flavour and freshness for them and other local workers.”

The bakery, which employs 120 staff, will sell a range of food including pastries, bread rolls, baguettes, loaves, batards, sourdough, multigrain, Turkish, brioche and gluten-free.

Established in 1998, Bakers Maison say its recipes use only natural, mostly Australian ingredients and contain no added sugar or preservatives
