Police allege say Smith acted as an accessory after the fact when Jamie Haami and Jake Clift allegedly broke into the apartment on Railway Cres.

“Georgia Smith was (allegedly) an accessory after the fact to a break and enter at the unit,” court documents stated.

“(She) then, in the said unit, did (allegedly) commit a serious indictable offence of destroying or damaging property in circumstances of aggravation that her alleged co-offenders Jamie Haami and Jake Clift were armed with an aluminium baseball bat and a black pair of knuckle dusters.”
