You don’t often hear regional French cuisine and Aussie burger culture in the same sentence – but at Menai’s Little Bonny’s, they’re in the same shop. The modern take on the local chicken shop created by the minds behind Cronulla’s Blackwood Pantry is serving up sophisticated riffs on classic burger staples with the Fancy Pants (panko schnitzel, camembert, red onion, lettuce, cranberry relish and truffle mayo), the Shroom (grilled mushroom, cheddar, red onion, lettuce, beetroot relish and truffled mayo) and the BB (angus beef, cheddar, bacon, pickled jalapeño, red onion, lettuce, chipotle mayo and smoky barbecue).
