NNSW Football: Edgeworth Eagles, Maitland FC clean up at 2024 van Egmond Jennings Awards

After recording an incredible 41 goals in 22 matches, its no surprise Maitland’s Bronte Peel cleaned up at the 2024 van Egmond Jennings Awards.
Peel cleaned up at the awards in recognition of her outstanding season, taking home the Golden Boot, Players Player of the Year and the Emily van Egmond Medal for Player of the Year.
Maitland teammate Annabella Thornton took home the Debra Carlin Award for Goalkeeper of the Year and manager Keelan Hamilton was named Coach of the Year for the second consecutive time.
Edgeworth Eagles were recognised for their impressive season, which saw the side make the grand final for the first time in four years and qualify for the Australia Cup Round of 32.
Eagles midfielder Seth Clark bagged two awards, the Graham Jennings Medal for Player of the Year along with the Players’ Player of the Year.
His teammate Ryan Feutz claimed the Golden Boot for his 24 goals this season, while coach Peter McGuinness earned the Coach of the Year honours.
