The winners have been crowned after another season in the Nepean District Cricket Association, now it’s time to highlight the best performers from the senior grades (T20 excluded).

Housing the data for every batter and bowler with at least one run and one wicket, it’s the only online database where the statistics from all seven grades are combined and ranked for runs and wickets.

Using the tables below, search by player name, grade or club, and click on each heading title to sort the data by category.

BATTING

With a stunning late season surge, Craig White rocketed his way to the top and was crowned leading run scorer in the association.

Sitting seventh during the Christmas break, the Emu Plains all-rounder came out all guns blazing to finish the season on 625 at an average of 62.5.

The 4th grader finished 87 ahead of club teammate and 3rd grade opener Chris Tonks, who hit 538 at 67.25.

One of two players to notch three centuries, White sits alongside Faulconbridge Bridge 7th grader Zac Maxwell. Ranked ninth for runs, Maxwell tallied 426 at an impressive 106.5.

Of the 51 centuries scored throughout all seven grades, none topped Baljinder Singh who hammered 187 for Werrington Roos in 2nd grade.

Springwood’s Jacob New scored the most in first grade with 396 at 44, including four fifties.

BOWLING

Glenbrook Blaxland’s Caleb Downward was the star with the ball. In 13 outings the 2nd grader amassed 44 wickets at 10.2, finishing six clear of Adam Weir from St Marys Leagues.

With 35 wickets for Faulconbridge sevenths, Calum Hunter ranked third, but he was the only bowler across the association to take five wickets or more in an innings on four occasions.

He was pipped for top spot, but Weir’s 8-3 was the best return of the season.

Note: Reuben Ford (Glenwood Blaxland 4th grade) is ranked 22nd with 25 wickets, but the data includes an error of 18-2 against Western Jaguars.
