Every Nepean Cricket player ranked for season 2021/22

More than 1000 players have walked out to bat across the Nepean Cricket Association so far this summer, while more than 750 have rolled the arm over. See where you rank:

It has been a Don Bradman-esque start to the summer for Tim Evans, averaging an impressive 99.6 runs across the opening matches of fourth grade competition.

The opening bat for Glenbrook-Blaxland Cricket Club - the junior club of Australian Test captain Pat Cummins - has blasted 44 boundaries while scoring 299 runs across four innings.

The top-ranked batter in the Nepean Cricket Association also appears to be the biggest striker of the ball, clearing the rope 15 times so far this season.

Jordan Springs Cricket Club’s third grade opening batter Sam Bedihas compiled the second highest number of runs, being 215 at an average of 53.75.

Bedi is the second-ranked batter out of 1038 in the Nepean Cricket Association.

The highest ranked first grade batter is Panthers Cricket Club’s James Yates with 177 runs from four innings, averaging an impressive 59.

In the bowling stakes, Sachit Sandhu of Mulgoa Valley Cricket club has collected an association high 14 wickets across the opening stages of the season, boasting an impressive average of 5.78 runs per wicket.

Sandhu celebrated his best figures of 6/24 against Jordan Springs in a round 3 match.

The other two bowlers to have 14 victims across the opening rounds is Emu Plains Cricket Club fifth grader Keith Parker, averaging less than five runs between wickets, and Springwood Cricket Club sixth grader Kynan Hopkins.

The pick of the bowlers in first grade is Reesen Pillai of Panthers Cricket Club, who has celebrated 13 wickets across the opening rounds of the summer.
