Australian All Schools athletics 2022 teen stars of the future and every NSW favourite in Adelaide

Some are already known. Others are emerging. We take a look at the future champions of the sport taking aim at gold at the Australian All Schools Athletics meet. Top seeds and favourites.

It’s one of the biggest sporting events for track and field young guns of the year and returning after a long Covid break.

The Australian All Schools athletics championships shines a light on the best and brightest talent in the country - and plenty of it hails form NSW.

Numerous NSW athletes have top seeding ahead of the event in Adelaide from December 9-12 in a show of power for the Blues team heading to South Australia.

There are well known performers on the list, including speedsters Sebastian Sultana and Aleks Stoilova.

Other speed stars heading to Adelaide include Olivia Rose Inkster, who competed at the under 20 world championships and is chasing the 100m/200m double, Bronte Locane, Dylan Hall, Ava Ross, Tammin Lampret, Jack Proudfoot and Xavier Perry.

Sydney’s Billy Blair, who has split his time recently playing both XVs and Sevens Rugby, is back on the track and expected to make his mark in hurdling along with Callum Cheung, Delta Amidzovski, Joshua Kalozi, Lampret, Molly Rayment and Jordan Moore.

800 and 1500m runner Daniel Williams will be another to watch at the event as he continues to build his reputation, as will Ivy Boothroyd, Philippa Quarrell, the multi-talented walker Issac Beacroft and star jumper Izobelle Louison-Roe.
