As the Blacktown City & District Cricket competitions approach the halfway point of the season, the race is on to be crowned the best batter and bowler.
With the willow, Ropes Crossing third-grader Satpreet Ratra leads the pack with 302 runs from four matches, 11 clear of Plumpton-Glendenning’s Ikram Ahmed.
It’s just as tight for the bowling honours, where Aashray Velhal’s 21 wickets for Kellyville Ridge are just one ahead of Bungarribee’s Hardik Patel.
