Little Bay: St Michael’s Golf Club featured in Golf Australia film
Calming may not be the first word that comes to mind for most people when they think of golf. But a new film has been released by Golf Australia with that aim for viewers, featuring stunning views of Sydney golf courses.

A golf course in Little Bay has been featured in a new film released by Golf Australia with the aim of improving viewer’s mental health and encouraging people into the sport.
Tee Your Mind is a three-hour film which was released on Friday and can be viewed free of charge on golf.org.au or by clicking here.
It provides an escape for viewers to unwind and enjoy the calming elements of golf including spectacular views of courses in Sydney. The film also includes relaxation techniques.
The scenic golf courses featured in the film include St Michael’s Golf Club in Little Bay and Long Reef Golf Club in Collaroy.
“The benefits of golf are diverse and extend beyond the physicalities of the sport,” Golf Australia chairman Andrew Newbold said.
“During Covid we have seen more Australians turn to golf and we think our sport, with its unique blend of open space and nature, can offer a solution for people exploring new ways to take a break from the day-to-day.”
