A violent offender from Sydney’s southeast who spent time in prison for a vile choking and stabbing attack is back behind bars for breaching court orders.
Kieron Davison, 27, from Little Bay, appeared at Waverley Local Court on Wednesday via audio visual link from prison.
The agreed facts stated he was sent to jail in 2015 for up to five years and nine months for a vicious attack on a woman which included his choking her, stabbing her with a knife and fork, and burning her chest with boiling water.
In recent years, since his release, he has been on supervision orders made by the NSW Supreme Court because of his violent past. Those orders include his being tested for illegal drugs.
“His violent history is often triggered by alcohol and drugs,” court documents stated.
The agreed facts said he tested positive for meth and buprenorphine in August which breached his extended supervision orders.
The father was arrested two days later and is back behind bars.
Davison pleaded guilty on Wednesday to two counts of fail to comply with extended supervision orders.
He did not apply for bail and will be sentenced on November 3.
