AFL SuperCoach: Battle of the Postcodes

The wild ride continued in AFL SuperCoach Local in Round 5 with many new faces battling their way into the Top 10 as past leaders fell around them.

Just 40 players out of 82 SuperCoach Local competitions kept their heads and held on to their lead while 19 others were bundled out of their local Top 10 all together.

In the Southern Courier campaign, Sidney Schwaene ran over the top of last week’s top team DnA.

Supercoach player Dorian of Sidney Schwaene sits at 11,142 points and is ranked 2495th nationally, 473 points behind the Supercoach leader Ryder2Gray from Brisbane.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Jugganauts which scored 2382 and jumped 33,431 spots nationally and is now ranked 41,251st.

There are 280 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Southern Courier’s competition.

A total of 177 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 8056.
