Police said the offenders broken into the school between 2am and 7.30am.
On December 29, a fire that ripped through a Quakers Hill High School classroom.
The Education Department has promised the blaze will have no impact when students return.
Police are investigating the break-and-enter, which saw one classroom go up in flames.
It was estimated the cost to repair the damage could $100,000, but a department spokesman downplayed the extent of the carnage.
“The fire caused minor damage to one classroom, which will be repaired before school resumes at the end of January 2019,” he said.
“There will be no disruption to normal school operations.”

Vandals damaged lights and sprayed graffiti in change rooms used by Sydney Hills Eagles Aussie rules club at Bruce Purser Reserve at Kellyville between 1pm on December 31 and 4pm on January 1.
Castle Hill
A 27-year-old man from Melton, Victoria, is due to front Parramatta Local Court on February 13 after being charged with drug possession. Police said three people were inside the car at McDougall Lane on December 31 at 11.15pm when they allegedly found cannabis and several pills including one believe was ecstasy. A 27-year-old woman was given a caution.
Rouse Hill
A 18-year-old Kellyville man was charged with possessing a controlled drug without a prescription and having a knife in a public place. The Hills highway patrol also found $500 in cash in a Gucci bag at Market Lane at Rouse Hill Town Centre on Thursday at 8.15pm when they saw a car parked in the No Stopping zone. The man is due to front Parramatta Local Court on January 30.
West Pennant Hills
An intruder breaking into a Lonsdale Place house was captured on CCTV footage. The footage was recorded on a neighbour’s camera on January 1 at 11.50pm. The occupant was staying with a neighbour because the house was being renovated. The man was described as Caucasian, 40 years old, wearing white shorts and a dark shirt.
North Rocks
Thieves spent $2567 using stolen credit cards from a Hampden St home between Thursday and Friday. Australian, US and Japanese currency, along with a wallet, passport and camera, were stolen from a 65-year-old man’s house between 5.30am on New Year’s Day and 8am on Friday. Police said the cards were used at service stations including North Sydney and Mt Pritchard.
Bella Vista
Two thieves in dire need of moisturiser and nutrition stole paw paw cream and vitamins from a Circa Blvd pharmacy on Friday at 12.55pm. Two men stole two tubs of the cream. Police are viewing CCTV footage. One man was described as 40 with shaved hair and was wearing a high vis vest. The second was described as 40 with short hair, a black T-shirt and thongs.

A 37-year-old woman was charged with resisting police after they were called to respond to an alleged domestic violence incident at her Baulkham Hills home on Sunday. She is due to front Parramatta Local Court on January 22.

A 63-year-old Baulkham Hills woman was rushed to hospital after a crash at the intersection of Old Northern Rd and Olive St on Saturday at 5.50pm. Police said the woman was turning right into Olive St when she collided with a car driven by a 39-year-old Westmead man. Firefighters removed the trap woman before she was taken to Westmead Hospital.

Four masked thieves broke into a house and garage at Kestrel Place on Thursday at 5.20pm but did not steal anything while the occupants were on holidays. Police are viewing CCTV footage.
Kellyville
A 17-year-old girl was given a caution under the Young Offenders Act for after using cannabis. Police detected the drug after spotting three youths — two boys and a girl — in a car parked off Barry Rd in a new building estate on Friday at 12.30am.
West Pennant Hills
Cash was stolen and a garage roller door and car detailing equipment was damaged during a break and enter at a car wash centre at Coonara Ave between Friday and Saturday.
Castle Hill
Cash and credit cards were stolen from an Excelsior Ave home on Sunday between 1am and 8am when two occupants — a 32-year-oldwoman and 26-year-old man — were asleep.
Rouse Hill
A numberplate — AF66EV — was stolen from a Holden Astra parked outside a home at Rouse Rd between 11am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday.
West Pennant Hills
Personal items were stolen from a Hyundai Elantra sedan at View St between 2am and 10am on Sunday when a locked door was forced open.
Castle Hill
Police were called to the Hillside Hotel after two men, both aged 21, refused to leave the premises when asked on Saturday shortly after midnight.
Northmead
Police found cannabis after searching a car with seven youths at Campbell St on Friday night. An 18-year-old was given a caution for possessing less than 30g of the drug.

A four-wheel-drive drove into a letter box at the corner of Crane Rd and Castlewood Drive last Wednesday at 1pm before driving away. No one saw the numberplates.
