Police charge three men over the senseless fire which has destroyed a soccer clubhouse

THREE men have been charged after a fire and break and enter at Newbury Bulls Soccer clubhouse in Stanhope Gardens on Sunday.

STANHOPE GARDENS

THREE men have been charged after a fire and break and enter at Newbury Bulls Soccer clubhouse in Stanhope Gardens on Sunday. They were also charged with the theft of $900 worth of tools from Kellyville the same evening. A police report said at 11pm three men allegedly entered the clubhouse at the Connor Greasby Reserve, Stanhope Gardens, through a roller door and stole a large amount of drinks, confectionary and a new defibrillator. They then allegedly set the clubhouse alight before leaving in a white Nissan Nivara. It is alleged about 11.25 they drove to Valleyview Place in Kellyville and stole tools including a blower, screw gun, impact drill, two hand drills, grinder, charger and heavy duty radio from a Holden Colorado. Later that evening police stopped a white Nissan Nivara on Sunnyholt Rd, Parklea. Upon searching the car police allegedly located stolen items. The three men were taken to Castle Hill police station. As a result a Plumpton man, 23, a Dean Park man, 24 and a Bidwill man, 18, were charged with stealing, enter a building with the intent to commit an indictable offence, damage property by fire and aggravated break and enter. The Plumpton man was given conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on August 2, while the other two men appeared at Parramatta Local Court on Monday.

SCHOFIELDS

A man, 32, suffered a dislocated shoulder, cuts and abrasions after a Toyota Corolla allegedly collided with his 2001 Blue Mitsubishi Mirage on Railway Terrace in Schofields on Saturday at 5.15am. The man was taken to Westmead Hospital, while the driver of the Corolla, a Quakers Hill man, 21, was given a random breath test which allegedly returned a reading of 0.115. His licence was suspended and he was charged with mid range prescribed concentration of alcohol. He is due to appear at Blacktown Court on August 21.

RIVERSTONE

A Riverstone woman, 38, was charged with driving while disqualified, in an unregistered and uninsured car and failing to stop when directed by police after she allegedly caused a disturbance at Riverstone police station on Sunday. A police report said at 9.47pm the woman was attending the station and was cautioned on her language before she left and got into her 1992 red Ford Laser. She allegedly revved her car and accelerated along Elizabeth St in Riverstone, so police gave chase and stopped her. The woman appeared at Blacktown Local Court on Monday and bail was refused.

KELLYVILLE RIDGE

A man, 30, was charged with mid range prescribed concentration of alcohol after police stopped the white Nissan X-Trail he was driving in Conrad Rd, Kellyville Ridge, on Sunday at 1.50am. The man allegedly returned a reading of 0.117 and is due to appear at Blacktown Court on July 31.

QUAKERS HILL

A 2013 black Holden Commodore with registration number CNK84V was stolen from Jasmin Ave, Quakers Hill, between 10.30pm on Sunday and 6.30am on Monday.

ROUSE HILL

POLICE are looking for a man who allegedly stole $390 from a register in Big W Rouse Hill at 4.15pm last Tuesday. The man is described as caucasian,      40 years old, fair complexion, medium build, 170cm tall and was wearing a black hoodie.
