Night Markets set to be the biggest ever with a truck load of tasty treats

Locals are in for a treat on Friday when the popular Aussie NightMarkets set up 50 food stalls and 20 retail stalls at the new Stockland, Elara Estate in Marsden Park.

Locals are in for a treat on Friday when the popular Aussie NightMarkets set up 50 food stalls and 20 retail stalls at the new Stockland, Elara Estate in Marsden Park.

Aussie NightMarkets founders Sam Adams and Phaly My said they are super excited about it.

In fact, the Elara community Facebook page has indicated more than 400 fans are going and more than 1500 are interested.

Food vendors will include Burnt Ends American-style BBQ owned by Marayong couple Matt and Julie Whitton.

StroopBros Troy Daniel and Alex Chaouka with their dutch waffles and icesream sandwhiches will be just one out of 50 food ventures at the first Aussie NightMarkets in the new Stockland Elara Estate Marsden Park on Friday night.

They will be serving their delicious 14 hour smoked brisket and pulled pork rolls with coleslaw and their own house-seasoned chips which are very addictive.

Stroop Bros owned by North Rocks cousins Troy Daniel and Alex Chaouka will be offering their sweet- tasting ice cream sandwiches and Dutch stroop waffles, which are filled with a delectable caramel syrup.

Or, if a burger is more your style, you can’t go past Big Pappas Food Truck where Berni Ponti will be flipping American-inspired beef and chicken burgers.
