Man trapped in hole at Marsden Park worksite

A man is being treated at the scene after becoming trapped in a hole.

A man is being treated by emergency crews after becoming trapped in a hole on a worksite in Marsden Park.

The man, whose age is not yet known, suffered a broken leg after falling into a confined space on the Hollinsworth Rd worksite just before 9.30am today.

A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman. said the man was conscious and breathing and was being treated by paramedics for a broken right leg.

He is expected to be taken to Westmead Hospital.

Four ambulances and the CareFlight helicopter are at the scene.
