AFL Round 7 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 42 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 10 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

Expialukosius was one of those holding strong in the Rouse Hill Times campaign

Supercoach player Matthew of Expialukosius sits at 15,357 points and is ranked 3045th nationally, 631 points behind the Supercoach leader Froff from Victoria.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Eternal Optimists which scored 2160 and jumped 13,935 spots nationally and is now ranked 32,180th.

There are 130 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Rouse Hill Times’s competition.

A total of 382 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 12,054.
