Rouse Hill
A large skip bin — that requires a truck to lift it — has been stolen from Rouse Rd.
The 12-cubic metre bin was stolen between Friday, March 8 and Monday, March 18.
Castle Hill
A push bike worth $2000 and a pair of shoes were stolen from a garage on Orleans Way about 11.30pm on Thursday.
The shoes were worth about $250.
North Richmond
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition after he was injured in a multi-vehicle crash in North Richmond.
The crash happened on Bells Line of Rd about 6pm on Saturday.
A CareFlight helicopter attended and police had to stop a cricket game at Panthers North Richmond to allow the helicopter to land.
Emergency crews worked carefully to free the young man, who remained trapped in one of the vehicles for about 30 minutes, before being taken to hospital by ambulance.
Two other patients were also taken to hospital with less serious injuries.
Rouse Hill
A 17-year-old Arcadia girl has been banned from a retail store at Rouse Hill Town Centre after attempting to steal goods in an empty pram.
She was stopped after leaving the store with the stolen goods, valued at $130, in her pram. Police attended and she was given a formal warning.
Castle Hill
Two bundles of newspapers were stolen from a newsagency on Old Northern Rd.
IN OTHER NEWS
ore than 70 newspapers were stolen between 4am and 7.30am on Friday after being dropped off in the carpark area of the newsagency.
Police did not say which newspapers were stolen but they were valued at about $100.
