Commercial quantity of methamphetamine oil found in Kellyville home

TWO Kellyville men have been charged with the manufacturing of a commercial quantity of illegal drugs after police conducted a successful search warrant on a residence in Halcyon Ave, Kellyville yesterday morning.

A police report said The drug squad conducted the search warrant on the residence at 6am and as a result arrested a 31 year-old man and a 35-year-old man. They also found a large amount of methamphetamine oil, cash and various equipment used in the production of methamphetamine

KELLYVILLE

TWO Kellyville men have been charged with the manufacturing of a commercial quantity of illegal drugs after police conducted a successful search warrant on a residence in Halcyon Ave, Kellyville yesterday morning. A police report said The drug squad conducted the search warrant on the residence at 6am and as a result arrested a 31 year-old man and a 35-year-old man. They also found a large amount of methamphetamine oil, cash and various equipment used in the production of methamphetamine. The search warrant was conducted as part of a protracted investigation and both men have had their bail refused to reappear at Parramatta Local Court today.

RIVERSTONE

A Riverstone woman, 30, was charged with driving while disqualified and possessing a prohibited drug after police stopped the silver Holden Commodore she was driving on Railway Terrace in Riverstone for a random breath test on Sunday. A police report said at 5pm the female driver was pulled over. She returned a negative breath test, however, checks on her licence found it was disqualified and a search of her located three clear bags of ice containing 1.9 grams in total. She is due to appear at Blacktown Court on July 31.

KELLYVILLE

A Kellyville man, 19, was charged with mid range prescribed concentration of alcohol in his blood after the Holden Commodore he was driving collided with a Honda Civic which caused his car to roll several times on Gooraway Drive in Castle Hill on Saturday. The male driver of the Honda Civic, a Castle Hill man, 19, was also charged with high range concentration of alcohol after both drivers were given breath tests on the scene. The Kellyville man returned a reading of 0.09, while the Castle Hill man returned a reading of 0.193. They are both due to appear at Parramatta Court on August 9.

QUAKERS HILL

A Kings Langley woman, 24, had her licence suspended and was charged with mid range prescribed concentration of alcohol in her system after she was pulled over for a random breath test on Quakers Hill Parkway on Saturday. A police report said at 11.55pm police stopped a car for a breath test and the female driver returned a positive result. Later, at Riverstone police station she returned a breath analysis of 0.108. She is due to appear at Blacktown Court on July 31.

KELLYVILLE

TWO laptops and a tablet worth $2600 were stolen from a house in Maracana St, Kellyville, between 11.30pm on Saturday and 8.30am on Sunday. A police report said a 33-year-old occupant of the home discovered the rear door had been forced open.

RIVERSTONE

A Riverstone man, 40, was charged with possessing a prohibited drug after police patrolling Regent St in Riverstone found four grams of cannabis on him on Sunday. A police report said at 7pm, the man was seen walking down the street and was questioned by police. After questioning him, they searched the man and found a foil package containing the cannabis. The man is due to appear at Blacktown Court on July 31.

ROUSE HILL

A Quakers Hill man, 31, was given a criminal infringement notice for shoplifting after he allegedly stole three door locks from a store on Annangrove Rd in Rouse Hill on Friday. A police report said at 3.30pm the man walked into the store and took the items valued at $69 and walked out without paying for them. He was stopped by a staff member until police arrived.

BOX HILL

A Riverstone man, 32, was clocked doing more than 30km/h over the speed limit on Terry Rd, Box Hill, on Wednesday at 7.10pm. Police were patrolling Box Hill when they detected the driver speeding. They stopped the car and issued the driver with an $884 infringement notice.

KELLYVILLE

UP to 36 bags of cement were stolen from a construction site on Water Creek Boulevard in Kellyville between noon on Wednesday, July 5, and noon, July 6.
