Police allege Ms Teo was driving a Toyota LandCruiser on Settlers Rd when she collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle ridden by the founder of the Comanchero bikie club, William George ‘Jock’ Ross, 76.
Ross was flown to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition at the time with lower leg and internal injuries.
Police allege Ms Teo had been driving on the wrong side of the road when the crash occurred.
She faces charges of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, not keeping left of the diving line and failing to give particulars to police.
The court heard that the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions had opted to prosecute the case, meaning the matter could progress to the District Court.

Ms Teo remains on bail but is prohibited from driving a motor vehicle.
The case will return to court on February 20.
