Teen charged over allegedly assaulting man at Colyton takeaway shop
A 17-year-old boy involved in an altercation at a Colyton takeaway shop is due to face court next month.

A teenager will face court after being charged over a serious assault at a Colyton takeaway shop.
Police say the 17-year-old boy was involved in an altercation at a takeaway shop at a shopping centre on Hewitt St at about 2.30pm on Sunday, October 13.
A 23-year-old man was treated at the scene for serious head injuries and remains in Westmead Hospital for ongoing treatment.
After appealing to the public and releasing CCTV footage, police spoke to a 17-year-old boy at Mt Druitt Police Station on Tuesday, October 22.
He was released without charge.
On Friday, October 25, police arrested a second 17-year-old boy at Mt Druitt Police Station where he was charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a person with intent.
He was granted bail to face a children’s court on Monday, November 4.
