A man who allegedly crashed his car in an attempt to harm a female passenger has been remanded in custody.

They will allege Sese deliberately steered the car into a power pole near the corner of Mamre Rd and John St, St Marys at about 11pm.
Police will also allege Sese undid both his and his passenger’s seatbelts before the impact.
The female passenger suffered serious arm injuries in the crash and was taken to Westmead Hospital.
Sese was also taken to Westmead Hospital with lacerations to his knee.
Magistrate van Zuylen adjourned the matter to April 3 to give prosecutors time to prepare a brief of evidence.
