A female police officer who was allegedly involved in a domestic-violence incident in Emu Plains in January will fight the charges in court.

Alicia Marie Broadhurst, 36, of Spring Farm, did not appear for a brief mention at Penrith Callover Court on Tuesday morning.

Police will allege Broadhurst, who is attached to the Southwest Metropolitan Region, was involved in an incident in Emu Plains on January 5 with two other people.

Police will allege she assaulted a man and a woman between 5.30am and 7am before using a computer to access private data of the woman’s, including her vehicle registration information.

She was charged with two counts of common assault, stalk/intimidate with intent to cause fear, and access/modify restricted data held in a computer in March.

Broadhurst’s legal representatives, Danny Eid Lawyers, entered pleas of not guilty to all charges in a letter sent to the court.

The prosecution indicated a crown solicitor would be taking the case, and requested an adjournment until June for a brief of evidence.

The matter was adjourned until June 26. Both Broadhurst and her two alleged victims will be excused from the court appearance.
