Villawood man Youssef Berro charged with firearm, drug offences at Harris Park
Cops seized guns, wads of cash and drugs after noticing an unregistered car in Sydney’s west, where the driver – who was on a firearms prohibition order – was arrested and faced court.

Raptor Squad police have charged a 43-year-old man with firearm offences after a routine vehicle stop on Monday morning.
The State Crime Command’s squad were conducting proactive patrols in Granville when they saw an unregistered car about 11.50am and stopped it on Parkes St, Harris Park.
The driver – Villawood man Youssef Berro – was identified as being subject to a firearm prohibition order.
A search of his car seized a replica firearm and just under 19g of the tranquilliser drug alprazolam.
Berro was arrested and taken to Parramatta Police Station before police executed a firearm prohibition order compliance check at his home in Villawood.
They allegedly seized a revolver firearm, more than 50 live rounds of ammunition, more than $55,000 in cash, a baton, two more replica firearms, 213g of methylamphetamine, 19.5g of cocaine, 82g of cannabis, 29g of ketamine, anadrol tablets, 39g of benzodiazepine and “various amounts of other unknown substances’’.
Berro was charged with 20 offences relating to the possession of firearms, drugs, and driving unregistered.
He was refused bail to face Parramatta Local Court on Tuesday.
He was subsequently refused bail and will next face court via video link on May 27.
