AFL Round 8 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 59 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 8 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

Ernie Dingo M2 was one of those holding strong in the Parramatta Advertiser campaign

Supercoach player Grant of Ernie Dingo M2 sits at 17,656 points and is ranked 1063rd nationally, 631 points behind the Supercoach leader Ryder2Gray from Queensland.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Nighthawks which scored 2292 and jumped 17,212 spots nationally and is now ranked 28,774th.

There are 280 AFL SuperCoach teams in the Parramatta Advertiser’s competition.

A total of 554 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 13,952.
