‘Federal Bullies’ breeder Hasan Sayour allegedly assaulted staff at dog show

A Sydney breeder, described by police as a member of a “notorious dog breeding group”, has been charged after allegedly forcing his way into a western Sydney dog show and assaulting staff.

The man behind a notorious dog breeding group has been charged by the Raptor Squad after allegedly trying to force his way into a western Sydney dog show and attacking staff.

Hasan Sayour, the nephew of Kings Cross identity John Ibrahim, was arrested on Thursday after allegedly wreaking havoc at an American Bull Terrier dog show in May.

Sayour runs an infamous dog breeding business called Federal Bullies – which has more than 280,000 followers on Instagram – and boasts about breeding “champion” bull dogs, often dressing them in gold and diamond chains.

On May 3, police allege Sayour attempted to gain access to an American Bull Terrier dog show in Castle Hill, from which he had been previously banned.

Sayour allegedly pushed a show employee aside to get access to the showing ring before displaying a Federal Bullies dog breeding banner on the floor.

Sayour is then alleged to have gotten into a physical fight with a female staff member who was trying to remove the banner.

He and his associates left the event a short time later.

On Thursday, police from the State Crime Command’s Raptor Squad arrested Sayour at his Greenfield Park home following an investigation.

Sayour tried to cover his face, hiding behind his hood during his arrest, but still visible was the large “FEDERAL BULLIES” tattoo across his hand.

He was taken to Fairfield Police Station and charged with common assault, affray and entering enclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse.

Sayour was granted strict conditional bail and will front Fairfield Local Court on August 20.
