Ryde physiotherapist charged with sexually touching patient

A physiotherapist has been charged after allegedly "sexually touching" a female patient in Sydney's northwest.
A 28-year-old woman went to a physio appointment at a Ryde clinic before she was allegedly assaulted during her consultation on May 13.
Police will allege in court that the male physiotherapist touched the woman sexually without her consent during the appointment.
The woman reported the matter to Ryde Police and following inquiries a search warrant was executed at the Blaxland Rd clinic about 9am yesterday (May 20).
A 37-year-old-man from Chatswood was arrested and later charged with sexually touching someone without consent.
He was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear before Burwood Local Court on Monday August 10.
