Multiple fire crews called to Epping house fire near school
Ten firefighters have been called to a “well lit” house engulfed in flames just a stone’s throw away from Epping West Public School this afternoon as school buses were diverted.

Multiple fire crews have been called to a house engulfed in flames less than 2km away from Epping West Public School.
Three fire crews were called to a single-storey home on fire on Ray Road just before 2.30pm Tuesday.
“Crews arrived to find a house well-alight,” a Fire and Rescue NSW spokesman said.
Buses including school services were diverted from Ray Road between Cooke Way and Midson Road
10 firefighters worked to extinguish the fire which was out at about 3pm.
No one was injured and there were no occupants in the home at the time of the fire.
Investigations are continuing.
