Taxi hits young siblings in Crows Nest
A BROTHER and sister are receiving treatment after being struck down by a taxi in Crows Nest this morning.

TWO children have been hit by a taxi on the Pacific Highway in Crows Nest.
The brother and sister, aged 8 and 10, were struck by the taxi while crossing the road at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Rocklands Rd around 11am.

Emergency crews were called to the scene and the siblings were airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital.
MAP WHERE THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED:
The 10-year-old girl suffered a minor head injury, while her eight-year-old brother is being treated for grazes to his face.
All lanes of traffic have since been reopened and police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
