In Sunday's quarter-finals, Norths downed St George scoring 3-247 to 9-246 and the Rangers defeated Sydney with 3-175 to 9-174.
Northern District cruised to victory after Rangers paceman Kym Daley snared 3-33. The Rangers were not troubled in their run chase with David Lowery clubbing a quick fire 50.
Glenn Aitken (84) top-scored for Norths while quick Nic Bills bagged 4-37.
