AFL Round 7 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 42 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 10 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

In the North Shore Times campaign, Dougies Duties ran over the top of last week’s top team LRT 4 MVP.

Supercoach player Jordan of Dougies Duties sits at 15,471 points and is ranked 1097th nationally, 517 points behind the Supercoach leader Froff from Victoria.

The fastest-rising local team this week was The Battlers which scored 2255 and jumped 19,734 spots nationally and is now ranked 79,060th.

There are 320 AFL SuperCoach teams in the North Shore Times’s competition.

A total of 227 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 12,054.
