A disqualified drink driver is facing court again after allegedly failing a breath test, police said.
Police were conducting random breath testing at a stationary site when they noticed a silver coupe turn into a side street just before midnight on September 6.
The vehicle was followed and stopped in Ernest St.
Checks revealed the driver, a 31-year-old Neutral Bay woman, had been disqualified from driving last month after being convicted of a mid-range offence.
She failed a road side breath test and further breath analysis produced a mid-range reading of 0.135.
She is due to appear in Manly Court in October.
