Checks revealed the driver, a 31-year-old Neutral Bay woman, had been disqualified from driving last month after being convicted of a mid-range offence.

She failed a road side breath test and further breath analysis produced a mid-range reading of 0.135.

She is due to appear in Manly Court in October.
