Three men behind bars after cocaine, weapons allegedly found in Forster suburban sting
Police have simultaneously stormed two suburban Mid-North Coast properties and a third later the same morning, allegedly uncovering a cache of weapons and drugs including cocaine.

Police have simultaneously stormed two suburban Mid-North Coast properties and a third later the same morning, allegedly uncovering a cache of weapons and drugs including cocaine.
Strike Force Brockamin detectives have charged three men allegedly connected to the supply of cocaine in the Forster/Tuncurry area after launching investigations in May.
Manning/Great Lakes Police, with the help of the NSW Police Crime Prevention Unit, Proactive Crime Team and Port Stephens/Hunter Highway Patrol, raided a home on Pioneer Dr, Forster about 6am on Wednesday.
Police arrested a 21-year-old man and allegedly seized a gel blaster and drugs including cocaine and cannabis.
He was taken to Forster Police Station and charged with possessing an unauthorised pistol, supplying a prohibited drug (more than commercial quantity), possessing a prohibited drug and two counts of possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
The 21-year-old was refused bail to face Taree Local Court on Wednesday and he is due to appear again on February 10 next year.
Police also raided a home on Becker Road, Forster about the same time. Officers allegedly uncovered “several items of interest, including illicit drugs”.
A 22-year-old man was arrested. Items seized in the raids were due to be forensically examined by police.
He was taken to Forster Police Station and charged with four counts of supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis and possessing a prohibited drug.
He was refused bail to face Taree Local Court on Wednesday and refused bail to face Forster Local Court on Thursday. The 22-year-old was again refused bail to face the Forster court on December 11.
Police then arrested another 22-year-old man on Wharf Street, Forster and carried out a raid on a home on Bright Street about 9.45am.
“A number of items and a prohibited weapon were allegedly seized,” according to a police statement.
The 22-year-old was taken to Forster Police Station and charged with four counts of supplying a prohibited drug (less than small quantity) and possessing or using a prohibited weapon without permit.
He was refused bail to face Forster Local Court on Thursday and was due to appear again on December 11.
