A man who now resides in Queensland has been charged with having sexual intercourse with a young teen girl without her consent on the NSW Mid-North Coast several years ago.

A man who now resides in Queensland has been charged with having sexual intercourse with a young teen girl without her consent on the NSW Mid-North Coast several years ago.
Jacob Bradley Borger is facing four charges in relation to alleged offending between 2017 and 2018.
The alleged victim was aged between 12 and 13-years-old at the time.
He appeared in Kempsey Local Court on March 19.
Borger, who is now 26-years-old, is yet to enter a plea.
According to court documents, he now lives in Doolandella, an outer western suburb of Brisbane in Queensland.
The matter was adjourned to April 23 and he remains on bail.
